Cookie Policy

Last updated 1 October 2026

This page describes the cookies and similar technologies used on presencedigital.io. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar tools, such as Google’s measurement tags, that can store identifiers in cookies.

Cookies we use

  • _ga, _ga_*

Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager (GTM-5346HV). Counts visits and distinguishes browsers so we can see which pages and articles are used. Kept for up to 2 years.

  • _gid

Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager. Distinguishes users over a short period for the same measurement. Kept for 24 hours.

  • pd_cms_session

Set by Presence Digital. Keeps a team member signed in to the private content tools. Not set for ordinary visitors. Kept for up to 5 days.

  • pd_linkedin_oauth_state

Set by Presence Digital. Protects the LinkedIn connection flow used by our team. Not set for ordinary visitors. Kept for about 10 minutes.

Google Tag Manager may also set other cookies if a tag in that container requires them. The container currently measures page views, article views, scroll depth, and contact-form events.

Other technologies

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. That request can include your IP address. It is used to deliver the typeface, not to build a profile for us.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not stop you from reading the site or sending us a message. Blocking the admin cookies only affects team members signing in to the content tools.

Google’s opt-out for Analytics is described at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
